The term fitness has been abused so much over the past few years.  I am here to simplify it. Nothing happens overnight, theres no magic pill, and it sure isn't easy. Having said that, I know first hand what it takes to make the changes you want. Not only will I be there every step of the way, I will share with you exactly what I have planned and how it will correspond with your current lifestyle. My philosophy is its not my program..It's yours.. All you have to do is show up, have patience, and be ready to put in work. Trust me.. You will look and feel better than you ever thought possible.

A Bit More About Me

In 2003 I made the choice to change my life. At 14 years old i was 250 lbs and I barely had any muscle.  The reality and pressures of high school were really starting to kick in. Once I embarked on my fitness journey, I never looked back. In 2 years I lost 45lbs and brought my body fat down to 11%.  I was obsessed with learning the ins and outs of the fitness industry. Long story short, I stand here today with a BS in exercise science, many certifications, over 750+ clients over my fitness career, and I'm hungry for more. I find that the attention to detail and a high level of empathy really makes me put the "personal" in personal trainer. I found my path, now let me help you find yours!

One day you could wake up and look in the mirror and think to yourself.. "What the hell happened?" Believe me, I know the feeling. The good news is, you literally posses all the tools it takes to reach your goal weight. It just comes down to accountability and work ethic. Together we will look at your calorie intake and your exercise frequency. When those two are combined the results are endless!

Gaining Mass

On the other side of the spectrum, you have people who just cant see those gains after countless hours in the gym! Not to worry! With proper mind muscle connection, an increase in calories and those lovely big complex lifts.. You will be excited to show off those new muscles everywhere you go!

Mobility/Reduced pain

Sitting in that office chair can be extremely taxing.You fall victim to lower back pain, aching knees, poor posture and so much more. The bright side? All these setbacks can be resolved way faster than you think. All we gotta do is find out the "why" to improve your lifestyle. Then we introduce the "how" while we improve your movement patterns! All it takes is some guidance and self awareness and you are on your way to moving and feeling spectacular!


NOT to be confused with gaining mass. it's not fun to feel weak. Its also not fun to feel limited when you go the gym. In this case, it almost ALWAYS comes down to form correction and proper recovery. Once we get those 2 out of the way you will be lifting cars in no time!
